We recently had our bathroom and toilet renovated and we were very pleased with hiring Vincent from Vice Group to do all the necessary electrical work. Apart from his professionalism which was evident in the result it was his respect and communication with us that was impressive. Vincent listened and read the plan and took us through it with confidence and patience plus made sure we understood. I have used the services of Vincent from Vice group for an array of electrical work and have always experienced the highest quality work. Vincent is professional, polite and takes genuine pride in his work. He has changed over PowerPoints, installed new lights(including down lights), installed a new oven, installed an exhaust fan and light combo and changed over existing lights to LED lights for me. He is neat, tidy and respectful when completing the jobs and always listens to any questions and concerns with excellent communication. Would highly recommend Vice for your electrical needs! The guys at Vice were great to work alongside with they had installed a new split system Aircon unit for us and it has been an absolute life saver! We also had some new lights installed and added a couple power points too and couldn't be happier with the result!

A few days ago, Vincent helped us with the electrical work during our bathroom renovation. Recently, we noticed the circuit was unstable, and part of the power went out. Naturally, we thought something might have gone wrong with the new installation. Vincent came back promptly to investigate, only to discover that the issue wasn’t with his work at all—it turned out one of our old house wires had aged and failed. Not only did he pinpoint the problem quickly, but he also went the extra mile to fix it for us on the spot. His professionalism, honesty, and genuine care really impressed us. It’s rare to find a tradesperson who takes such pride in their work and looks after clients this well. Highly recommended!
