Troy was very pleasant to talk to. When he gave the quote he explained the pros and cons of the product in great detail and gave us his recommendations. He was not at all pushy, left us to make our own decisions. When he arrived to install the system, he was on time, open to suggestions and very accommodating. His work was neatly done, and he gave a lot of attention to detail, we wish him well in his future endeavours.
