I was suitably impressed at initial contact with Alana who answered my call, very efficient and helpful. Secondly Brendan was most knowledgeable and punctual, did a fantastic job, and listened to my woes. I recommend the team highly, very glad I discovered them.

The customer service from this company is worthy of 5 stars as is their work. From the first phone call, their follow up regarding a time for their tech to call was great even down to letting us know at one stage that he was only 3 minutes away. We are very happy with the work performed and highly recommend this company.

The trades person was on time organised and knew the task. He was very efficient and explained what he had done and how I could use the devices. I was very pleased with the products and his offer to return for servicing and help.

Riviera Electrical Services has a broad range of skills including gas an air-conditioning. They have helpful and friendly staff both in the field and the office and their prices are fair and reasonable -- lower than most too! They seem to genuinely care about their customers. I recommend them.
