Louie is amazing!! Really professional and knowledgeable about everything solar and electrical. He took the time to explain in detail everything we needed to know and answered questions we had immediately!! His workman ship is 10/10. Neatly hiding cables within the boundary’s he had. Had a solution for everything and nothing was an issue. Himself and Billy I can’t recommend highly enough to anyone looking to head down the solar track. And would 100% recommend to any family or friends looking into a solar install, If I could rate them higher I would!! Thank you again and we wish you, your business and your family a great future!

Cannot recommend Louie and his company, Raso Electrical, highly enough. His integrity and honest appraisal are beyond reproach. We contacted Louie for a quote to replace or upgrade our existing solar system. But on inspection he told us this was not necessary and instead advised us on how we could minimise our costs using the existing system, and suggested we go back to our electricity supplier to renegotiate our tariff. We would have no hesitation in calling Louie for our future needs.

Louie was a recommendation from a neighbour and did an excellent job installing our home solar system - we're very happy with the quality of work and service. Louie was patient and thorough in explaining our options, and checked in with us post-install to ensure everything was working correctly.

Raso is reliable and can do any job required. Have used them on a house renovation. Phase 3 power installation & many power points updated. Used them for a Solar installation. May not be the cheapest on the market, but I know that Raso only used top quality panels & inverter. Highly recommended.

Louie and team did a fantastic job on this 50degree roof. I tried over 20 installers who either declined or didn’t respond but Louie is a true Aussie ready to give it a go!

Frequently asked questions

How much do electricians typically charge?
Costs vary depending on the job type, how much fault-finding is needed, and whether switchboard or circuit work is involved. Electricians typically charge a call-out fee plus an hourly labour rate, and after-hours attendance usually attracts higher rates. Check the live pricing on this page to compare local quotes.
Do electricians charge call-out fees?
Call-out fees are common and are usually charged separately to labour and materials to cover travel and the initial assessment. Some providers may also have a minimum charge for small jobs, so it's worth confirming any call-out or minimum fees when requesting quotes.
Do electricians need a licence in Australia?
Yes — electrical work must be carried out by a licensed electrician in every Australian state and territory, and in NSW licensing is through NSW Fair Trading. Electricians should display a valid state electrical licence number on quotes and advertising and will usually issue a Certificate of Electrical Safety on completion of work.
How do I get a quote from Raso Electrical?
