Really grateful to Ahmed's prompt attendance in replacing two hardwired smoke alarms for me. One of them started going off randomly and today started going off at regular intervals. Dropped Protek a call and Ahmed was here within the next hour on hearing that I can't turn off the alarm to stop the false alarms. Can't imagine having the alarm go off in regular intervals through the night! Really appreciate the prompt assistance and guidance he provided through out!
