When Priority One heard we had a 4 months old baby in a 2 bedrooms apartment and no aircon before summer, they accepted the challenge and did a fantastic job. Minimum disruption and cuts/holes, stayed extra late to clean up and make sure everything was ok.

Arvind is a true professional. As, professional as they come. A true gentleman as well. He was at our place the whole day. He did not stop. When there were issues with the system we purchased ourselves, he went above and beyond to fix them. He called other installers for assistance when he needed. It was a matter of not giving up! We recently had new air conditioner systems installed in the office. Roy and his team provided us with great service, good pricing and most importantly the work was carried out with very little disruption to our work day. We were also alerted to the fact that we did not have a safety switch - over the years we just kept adding to the switchboard, which was now overcrowded. For safety purposes we decided to replace it with new fuse box and fuses and fitted the safety switch. Arvind thoroughly explained what was required, and carried out the work in a professional manner with minimal disruption to the office. A big thank you to the boys from Priority One. They installed our split system between Christmas and New Year without fuss. Very efficient and neat work. Not only that, they price matched our unit so we saved on delivery costs and all packaging removed.
