He sent a team of 4 to install our security camera and 3 chandeliers which was smooth and well done in around 7 hours. Fantastic service from start to finish! Rex in his team from Electrex were very professional, on time, and left everything spotless. We recently had a split system air conditioner installed in our home, and the experience was fantastic. The installation team was punctual, professional, and respectful of our space. They explained the process clearly before starting, making sure we understood the best placement for both indoor and outdoor units to maximize efficiency and comfort. The work was done quickly but with great attention to detail. All wiring and piping were neatly concealed, and they cleaned up thoroughly afterwards leaving the space even tidier than they found it. The split system works perfectly quiet, efficient, and keeps our home comfortable. Highly recommend!

I own an apartment and my tenant reported that the exhaust fan for the 2 bathrooms were not working. I wasn’t sure if I needed one or two fans. I engaged Electrex and they installed one fan that fitted inside the ducting but didn’t get back to me about whether I needed another fan. I assumed that I only needed one fan for the 2 bathrooms. My tenant reported that the fan only works for one bathroom so I had to get Electrex out again to quote for another fan. The quote was competitive, but way more than the previous fan installed because it was a roof top fan and required 2 persons to install. After accepting the quote and a date scheduled, the installation was delayed because the fan could not be delivered on time due to the festive season shutdown. The installation was rescheduled and now my tenant is happy that it’s all been completed. Due to the delay, I was pleased that Electrex provided me with a discount of about 9% on the amount originally quoted. Except for not quoting on two fans initially, Electrex has been thoroughly professional and their communication has been good during the whole process.

The team at Electrex are excellent when it comes to anything electrical. May it be residential or a commercial setting, Rex and his team never disappoint.
