Angus and his crew just finished installing our new aircon and removing the old gas. I couldn’t be happier! High quality at a fair price. Here’s details: 1. Very good comms during quote stage. Friendly, smart, gave good advice. Clearly not a shonk (unlike many others out there doing rebate harvesting). Not the cheapest (the cheapest was too cheap iykwim) but not the dearest either. 2. Texts confirming booking time, and the boys showed up bang on time even though we’re an hour away in Warragul. 3. The lads were friendly, listened carefully to exactly what I wanted, explained constraints clearly, suggested ways we could get the right visual outcome without compromising function and longevity of the install. 4. Protected the furniture then cleaned up after themselves. 5. Overall, a wonderful experience of a professional crew, a well oiled team who take their work seriously and treat customers with respect. This was my mum’s house, so I’ll be getting the Prentice boys back when it’s time for me to switch our aircon and HWS.

I have dealt with a lot of trades over the times but they surpass all 10 fold! Great group if lads that installed the system. Excellent work cleaned away tge old system and all tge packaging mess and finushed within the stated timescales on the day. Angus was a pleasure to deal with from advice costing and delivery. I strongly recomend using them.

Absolutely outstanding work. The team installed my aircons in just a matter of a few hours. Were respectful and courteous, all cleaned up after themselves and didn't leave anything for me to worry about. Highly recommend! Were very polite when they wanted to borrow some appliances for their lunches!
