Very good comms during quote stage. Friendly, smart, gave good advice. Clearly not a shonk (unlike many others out there doing rebate harvesting). Not the cheapest (the cheapest was too cheap iykwim) but not the dearest either. 2. Texts confirming booking time, and the boys showed up bang on time even though we’re an hour away in Warragul. 3. The lads were friendly, listened carefully to exactly what I wanted, explained constraints clearly, suggested ways we could get the right visual outcome without compromising function and longevity of the install. 4. Protected the furniture then cleaned up after themselves. 5. Overall, a wonderful experience of a professional crew, a well oiled team who take their work seriously and treat customers with respect. This was my mum’s house, so I’ll be getting the Prentice boys back when it’s time for me to switch our aircon and HWS.
