From the first meeting with Culum from off the grid their communication has been outstanding. He was very informative and understanding of what I wanted in solar panels. The installers were very helpful and did more than they needed to. They checked my roof tiles and changed any over that were cracked before installing the panels. The job was completed and they took away all rubbish & left the site neat & tidy. The girls in the office have been great keeping me up to date with everything & have continued to be available if I had any concerns. I would highly recommend Off the Grid.

Staff were amazing to deal with and very supportive. Staff at Off the Grid have continued to support even after installation was complete. The crew who installed my battery completed the job a day earlier. Plus due to myself working from home, the installation crew was more than happy to worked around my work hours and were absolutely amazing, pleasant gentlemen.

I recently decided to replace my 15-year-old solar system after the 60-cent rebate ended, upgrading to an 8.8 kWh Dyness battery along with new solar panels. I was initially nervous about the total outlay, but the results since installation have completely put my mind at ease. Since the system was installed, I haven’t used any grid power at all—even with heavy air-conditioning use—and I’m still receiving a reasonable income from the feed-in tariff. The added blackout protection is a great bonus and gives real peace of mind. The Dyness app is excellent and shows exactly what’s happening with the system at any time, making it easy to track usage, generation, and battery performance. Off the Grid were fantastic throughout the entire process, keeping me informed every step of the way. I also really appreciate that they continue to monitor my system remotely, even after installation. Tradies advised start time and were on time! Tradies were professional and kept me informed all the way during the installation and left the area clean and tidy and explained how the system worked and what to do when and if anything went wrong. Good company to deal with, highly recommend.

Absolutely love my new blinds. The whole process from ordering to installing has been very smooth and efficient with regular updates from Adrian. Carlos installed all the blinds beautifully and there was zero mess with all the packaging being removed by himself. Would highly recommend.
