Mitchell came out on the same day, after work on a Friday, to help us with an electrical issue in our caravan. He was incredibly committed, professional, and genuinely wanted to help us get back up and running as we’re travelling around Australia on our motor-home. He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it properly, which was a massive relief for us. You could tell he really cares about his work and his customers, not just ticking a box and moving on.
