Read moreThe most impressive aspect of the company is their focus on respectful and effective communication with clients. Too many tradies simply don't care about explaining things to clients to their satisfaction and too many brush off legitimate questions. Kevin's response to openness in person/text/emails were all clear, and so as Tim his assistant. This outstanding communication and mannerism do not only reflect their professionalism but also command trust. It's just too hard to find tradies that are trustworthy and not try to take advantage of the situation. In terms of their expertise, Kevin was able to quickly adapt to the challenge on-site with a failed powerpoint that could not be repaired due to the wiring of our old house. No drama, while providing the clarity we needed. Ultimately the cost was fair but it's their service and communication that make me want to go back to Kevin and his team for help in the future. I would not hesitate to recommend Kevin and his team to anyone. Feel free to contact me if anyone has any questions about our experience.
