Reuben was a life saver. Sunday evening and we'd lost power. He took the time to facetime and go through the process of elimination and it turned out to be a faulty safety switch. Reuben was back first thing Monday morning with the part and fixed it immediately. Amazing professional service. Thanks again Reuben.
