Petrelli Electrical Services

I approached Petrelli after another company didn’t get back to me. It was in December, so obviously a busy time for trades, but I didn’t have the time or inclination to follow up with them (again). I did a search on my local Good Karma Network for electricians and Petrelli Electrical was recommended a number of times. From the outset, they were responsive and had great communication. There was a bit of going back and forth, as I was looking at replacing my heater and fan unit in the bathroom. Based on their advice and information, I decided to just replace the fan, which had stopped working. Due to the timing, they said they’d get back to me this week, and they did! I shouldn’t be so surprised, but I find often I’m the one needing to follow up. They contacted me Monday and the job was done Tuesday morning. Their electrician, Anthony, was courteous, professional and talked me through the challenges of the job (flat roof, small space, potential issues with the plasterboard due to the tight cut made during the initial installation). In the end it all worked out - happy customer. New fan, particle board intact, bathroom left clean and tidy 👍 Would definitely recommend!

We are so happy with our experience with Petrelli! We got in touch at very late notice to disconnect our alarm system that had been playing up. Justin came within 2 days and calmly helped us locate the security box and complete the job! It was all done so quickly and smoothly! Very impressive, Had to get a NBN fiber cable put into an internal wall of my house. Rang Petrelli Electrical and Rocky came out on the same day and gave me a very reasonable quote. He got the job done a few days later with a professional, neat job that looks great.
