Jet Solar

I applied to have a Tesla Powerwall 3 and expanders installed through the Tesla website. Jet Solar was chosen by Tesla, as Jet Solar are one of their Premium Installers, to contact me and provide a quote. I already had a Tesla Gen 3 Wall Connector installed in my garage. Adam from Jet Solar was very easy and friendly to deal with, and was very accommodating to changes that I requested (position of Powerwalls and solar panels). The sparkies were all Jet Solar staff. Very friendly, polite and professional. Punctuality was spot-on; they were here ready to go exactly on time. I'm a perfectionist, and their workmanship even impressed me beyond my expectations. The solar panel arrays look exactly the same on both sides of my roof, and the Powerwall 3 and Expanders are perfectly installed (allowing for one more expander when my budget allows :-) ). They even removed my broken roof tiles when they cleaned up, and they left all the areas where they worked cleaner and neater than when they started !!! They walked me through the app connection and made sure I was happy with the Tesla app integration. They even pre-booked the Electrical Safety Inspector ahead of time (he came the next morning after installation) so my system could be commissioned and fully integrated to the grid :-) 10 / 10 ! Very highly recommended

Jet Solar made the whole journey of getting solar and a Tesla Powerwall 3 surprisingly easy. Adam took the time to explain everything clearly and helped with all the forms, which I really appreciated. On the scheduled day the installers arrived on time. They installed the panels, replaced broken tiles, and cleaned-up afterwards. They also set up the Tesla app with me, checked that everything was working. Explained how the system works. The next day the safety inspector arrived and commissioned the system after validating the install job. A genuinely positive experience from a team that cares about doing things properly.

From start to finish Jet Solar have been great to deal with. The desktop quote process was efficient and well-explained. After a site visit they adapted the proposal to better meet our needs. The installers arrived on time each day and left the work area clean. Follow-up processes have been efficient and the related usage app is very handy. Jet Solar did a fantastic installation of solar panels, battery and ev charger. The installation was done by a team of young enthusiastic excellent electrician lead by Deakin. They were friendly, efficient, punctual, knowledgeable and very patient. They cleaned up the site and removed all the packaging etc. Adam was extremely helpful and provided accurate & honest advice. He was able to answer all my questions confidently. I was very satisfied with the cost, extremely competitive. I highly recommend Jet Solar.

I recently had Jetsolar come out to install Solar and Battery (Jinko panels and SigEnergy battery). Almost right away, I could tell I was dealing with people who actually care about what I needed and made sure I was comfortable before proceeding with the purchase. Adam was a legend with good chats about what I needed and was never pushy about the purchase. I had a few quotes from other installers, and the experience was awful. Once we agreed on the system configuration and the deposit was paid, I was given a rough date of April for the installation and was told a member of the Jetsolar team would come around for a site survey. I forgot the guy's name, but he was awesome and incredibly helpful with some of the questions I had, and it was so awesome seeing JetSolars use of technology, like taking videos of the site survey and talking about the position of the hardware. Fast forward a week or two, and Adam reaches out to let me know they can do the install earlier than planned. On the day, the team let me know what to expect and how long it would take. Everything went smoothly, no massive runs of conduit across the house, everything was neat and clean. Everyone was super polite and friendly. I highly recommend Jetsolar
