  I reached out to Luke I was having fault issues with our solar system that was installed by a third company party a few months ago. I was unable to get in touch with my installer’s customer service. Luke helped me trouble shoot over the phone, looking at pictures and helping out as a site visit wouldn’t be possible in the next few weeks due to the Christmas period. He very quickly was able to identify a possible issue and my system was up and running again in no time. He really didn’t have to do that, was just a really kind guy with excellent customer service skills. He really went above and beyond and did not ask for payment or accept an offer of payment. An amazing company, would recommend again and again. Thanks very much and Merry Christmas!
