Feda and his team installed a multi split system and decommissioned our gas ducted heating unit at my parents home in January 26 and we are very happy with their service. After listening carefully to our requirements, he provided several options for the upgrade we wanted and picked up a potential problem with one of the existing inverters handling the amps needed for the back-up battery. He immediately checked with the original company to confirm and then promptly sourced and planned the installation. HELCRO ELECTRICAL’s in-house team of qualified electricians, including Rhys and apprentice Mark, work efficiently with a thorough attention to detail. Fedya and his team replaced the new inverter in the same position as the old one without any need for remodelling or patching holes. It’s clear this is a team of people who take pride in their work. Fedya is excellent in communicating throughout the process so that you know what to expect. On completion of the installation, Fedya programmed the system and linked us with the app enabling us to monitor the solar production of energy and discharge of the battery system in real time. We were given clear instructions how to use the system in case of an energy blackout. Thanks to Helcro for installing our new solar system, we no longer pay for electricity while the sun is up until 2AM. The install was the neatest I've ever seen and the team smashed it out so quickly. Very impressive with good communication over the course of the install and then working with the power company to get us connected as quickly as possible.
