Could not have asked for a better outcome when procuring our EV home charging station. Sophie and Maddy ensured the design, rebate process and installation schedule was quick and easy. What a pleasure it was to deal with Simon and Sophie at Geelong EV Chargers. Finally, a tradie that turns up on time, does what they promise, cleans up and then follows up seeking feedback and checking that everything is fine! If only others did the same. I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Sophie today, when she was driving along my street and I was frantically searching for my little dog who'd accidentally got out somehow, despite me having multiple safety measures in place so she can’t! Others had driven past without even stopping despite me being in the middle of the road calling her name and searching desperately in obvious distress. Sophie stopped and asked what was wrong, immediately pulled over and helped me search. Thankfully my little dog then came out of a neighbouring car park to me and as I picked her up I then fell to my knees and burst into tears overcome with shock and relief, as my little girl is very old and means the absolute world to me so I was horrified considering what could’ve happened, especially as we live just a few doors down from a very busy road. Sophie was extremely compassionate, comforting me refusing to leave until a friend I’d called earlier then soon arrived. Sophie didn’t hesitate to take valuable time out of her busy day to drop everything just to help me: a complete stranger, and I have so much respect for people like Sophie who value kindness above all. I noticed her car and shirt had this business name, and see now she’s the owner, so want to share with anyone considering using Sophie’s business that you could not find a nicer person to do business with.
