G Star Electrical recently installed an air conditioner at my warehouse in Tullamarine where I store all my stock and materials. I honestly couldn’t be more impressed. Tim runs a great crew! The boys were fast, efficient, friendly, and took the time to answer any questions I had throughout the process. The install was carried out professionally, they cleaned up thoroughly once the work was complete and everything was left neat & tidy. Their pricing was also very competitive, which when paired with the level of service I received is an unbeatable combination in my opinion. I genuinely wouldn’t trust anyone else with my electrical work requirements! G Star Electrical personally has set the benchmark for me with regards to quality, reliability, and service. I couldn’t speak too highly of Tim and the G Sar crew and of course highly recommend them for any of your electrical needs, be it commercial or residential.

G Star Electrical installed our new air-conditioning system as part of our renovations, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. We were understandably apprehensive choosing an installer, as the unit itself was a significant investment and we knew the job would be very complex from start to finish. We chose G Star Electrical, and despite the challenges, Tim and his team did a fantastic job. They installed our Mitsubishi air conditioner, and when a few unexpected issues arose, the team was upfront and transparent the entire time. They clearly explained what was going on, what problems they had encountered, and exactly how they planned to overcome them. Nothing was hidden, and communication throughout was excellent. They contacted Mitsubishi directly, organised for a technician to attend, and worked together to resolve every hurdle properly. Since the installation was completed, we’ve had absolutely no problems at all. The end result has made a huge difference to our home. Our family—and most importantly our grandchildren—can now visit even on the hottest days and be completely comfortable. We couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend G Star Electrical for any residential electrical or air-conditioning work.
