Tony and his team are one of the most professional and the friendliest electrician team that I have met. Extensive knowledge and thorough understanding on matters at hand, you will immediately know that they are experts with plenty of experience and reliable with attention to detail. Tony attended to my questions, patiently explaining what is the best option for me, giving the best recommendations based on what I need and immediately knows what to look for to solve the issues. Recently purchased a brand new wall oven that comes without plug to replace the old one. Called Tony and he explained all the options possible and what to take note on, especially paying attention to the technicality such as cable thickness, maximum current, and most importantly our MCB switch capacity (safety first !). Tony patiently answered all my concerns, and quoted the best price that I am happy with. He came on time, did the job swiftly, tested everything and even helped us finishing the installation as well as explaining how everything works, and clean after himself. Tony also helped us replacing broken switches and old GPOs, and made sure everything works fine and safe. We also asked him to install IXL bathroom heating lamp but unfortunately, after he physically checked our bathroom, it was not possible to install it because we do not have enough room inside our bathroom ceiling due to the poor design of our old apartment building. Nevertheless, we are going to keep on relying on Tony and his team. They are a pleasure to deal with. We are currently waiting on Tony to find us the best rangehood to replace our old one with a quieter and more powerful one. He will get the rangehood and deliver it to us, install it, remove the old one and throw it out for us. It is all in one package ! I will recommend Western Metro Electrical to all my mates and my neighbors as I know how reliable Tony and his team are. We are grateful to have met Tony and his team as it gives us peace of mind knowing that we are well taken care of and not getting ripped off. Tony has come to do multiple jobs at our house over the years and wouldn't use anyone else. Most recently, he was able to come and repair a ducted heating unit, which was done without any concerns. Tony and the team are always prompt, clear communicators and provide an excellent service - all done with a smile.
