I had a very good experience using Electrical Powerhaus! They answered the phone (even after normal working hours!) and attended promptly, were very kind and considerate of my family, and were willing & able to explain issues clearly and answer all questions thoroughly. I appreciated Ahmed and his persistence to get through to all necessary parties involved so that our power could be restored as quickly as possible!

My job was completed by their highly skilled, professional and polite team who installed outdoor lights, upgraded our circuit board and disconnected & re-installed our wall oven to enable repair of the cabinetry. They were on time, reasonably priced & there was very good communication throughout. I would definitely use them again if required.

I had reached out to Ahmed to help with all the complicated paperwork required to get the abolishment of the electric meter at my property. Ahmed was prompt with scheduling a site inspection and filing all the pesky paperwork and advocate with the company for us to get a fast service date even though we were approaching Christmas. When the electric company didn't complete the job on the scheduled date for reasons out of our control and gave us a date for March, he was quick to take this lapse in service and once again advocate for us. The job was done in time thanks to his efforts and we could move according to our plans. It was a pleasure working with Ahmed from the get go. He is friendly, reliable and great to communicate with. I will be calling him again when I need help with anything electrical related to my home. Excellent service.
