I could not have had any better service than I received from Australian Security. I rang up, asked for Gordon, (a recommendation from a friend) and he was not far away, ahead of schedule, so arrived at my door 40 minutes later. My very old TV antenna was broken and the cable had snapped after the current storms we had. I was just expecting a quote, which I got, but in no time Gordon installed a new antenna, replaced the outside cable in a very neat and professional manner, and checked my TV and inside cabling. He really cares about doing the best job. I would highly recommend this company.

After googling for Antenna services I found their website. I rang the number and was put through to Lynne. She couldn't have been more helpful, even re-arranging their tech's day to fit me in that same morning. She was fantastic, very understanding and helpful. About 2 hrs later Graham the Tech came around. What a great bloke. He was down to earth and a straight shooter. Did not try to upsell me for what I didnt need, making logical conclusions and solutions. Fixed my issue for $275 (considering I had a quote from another company that morning for $1500!!!, selling me everything) Everything is working fine with much better signal and picture. Couldn't recommend them any higher. Very trustworthy.

I can’t speak highly enough of the service that was provided. 2 previous trades people had been unsuccessful in fixing my security gate, but with perseverance, Brad got my gate entry to work I found him to be extremely friendly and accommodating, and I am more than happy to recommend them. I am also looking forward to getting a quote for a new unit

Absolutely fantastic job done by Gordon mounting our TV and transforming our living space, he also handled a very last minute request to route some cabling behind our walls quickly and professionally, and all for a very reasonable price. Can’t be happier with the service we received today. We’ll probably be back to get CCTV done as well!

Wonderful experience, booked in for a free quote, Anthony came by promptly and he sounded very experienced. After a very reasonable quote, he was able to install my antenna for my new house build right then and there. I haven’t tested the reception yet but he assured me there is a 10 year warranty if anything goes wrong. Hassle free and ready when I move in! Thankyou!

Excellent service. Anthony provided the best solution for a job which was not straightforward, after discussing and explaining to me. Communication with the office was also prompt and also helpful which I find bit rare nowadays! Reasonable price. I would recommend them and would use them again.
