Jay did an excellent job installing a ceiling fan and pendant light. He takes pride in his work, has great attention to detail and was so helpful in talking through various options that ultimately lead to a result I’m really happy with. Jay was exceptional. Great communication, came out to scope up the job of running a 15 amp cable through to an outdoor sauna. Collaborated really well with sauna people to ensure that I got the best outcome whilst also putting up with my needy border collie playing fetch during the job. Would hire again in a heartbeat.

Jay did an amazing job installing some new wiring. He was easy to deal with, great with communication, well priced and even brought a tiny vacuum cleaner to clean up after himself! Jay installed an aircon for us. Never having had to do this before I had some expectation of extra conduit that would be visible all around the house for power to the unit. Jay worked hard to hide the power line and exceeded our expectations in overall neatness. He is diligent and takes his time to properly connect the refrigerant piping. He also cleaned up everything before he left. We are very happy we chose Jay for the job. Cheers.
