Luke has done an amazing job replacing our old electric oven with a new one and replacing the power switch in our kitchen. He showed up on time, very reliable, professional, neat, and organized. Luke and his team were a joy to work with when I was renovating my apartment. Professional, friendly, went above and beyond to answer my questions and queries from other trades. We engaged Elecpro to install new downlights and a few oyster lights in our home. Luke's professionalism was clear when he came to provide a quote and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. On the day the works were done, Luke and Josh arrived on time and completed the works efficiently. They even went out of their way to swap light globes that we had purchased when we realised the temperature wasn't in keeping with what we wanted. I would like to say a great big thank-you to Luke. He was so kind to come to my home last Saturday morning to help me out and change a kitchen power point for me. He also went to my Auntie's home that same morning to help her out with a faulty power point as well. He did all this for us free of charge for his time, and the power points he replaced. It was the kindest gesture I have ever received. He was very friendly, reliable, and showed a great deal of generosity towards people in the community needing some help with electrical issues.
