Called Elecplus with a switch and wiring issue and was told they would come and assess the job between 11 and 1 that day and quote on the spot. $45 charge (but this would be taken off the job if we accepted the quote.) Unfortunately the electrician was unavailable due to an emergency call out and I wasn't advised. However Elecplus subsequently contacted me and offered to provide a free quote and a 20% discount for the work if the quote was accepted.
