Steve’s knowledge and customer service are exceptional. When I had to deal with a problem on my solar battery system, that was unrelated to any of the work Steve and his team had done. He was available to help me and assisted beyond and above. I am very happy to recommend him and his team to anyone. He did not just offer great work initially, but was available for follow ups and was happy to explain and answer questions. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Steve and his men replaced old gel batteries and petrol generator with LFP batteries and a diesel generator for our off grid system. We got a fair trade-in on the old batteries and a good price on the new batteries and generator. Steve was able to deliver many weeks faster than other installers we contacted, he delivered on time, and his follow-up service is first-class. His advice was well thought out and helped us through a stressful situation. He's easy to talk with, listens, and does what he says he will. Steve is always professional, clean, tidy and has clear communication. He has handled all our electrical installations for our houses and farm, from full shed fit out, lighting up grade to both our house and our rental property. Pool pumps, shed pumps and solar pump installs with timers. He comes quickly to repair our issues for both home and rental property. Steve fitted our large house solar system, explaining everything and always offering extra advice to better our savings, which made a massive difference to our very expensive electrical bill.
