Look no further. This is the electrician you want. Great communicator, arrives on time, does high quality work. We are just so thrilled that we went with Buchan Electrical and would use them again without hesitation. Lachie also has a great interest in vintage homes so would be great for any restoration jobs! Highly recommended

After waiting months for another electrician to show up for a small job I called Lachie at 9am and was shocked when he said he could call in at 11:30 on the way to another job. True to his word he and his very well-mannered apprentice arrived on time and not only completed the initial job but also fixed my dishwasher. I was very impressed with all aspects of their service and will be using Buchan Electrical from now on.

Lachie (Buchan Electrical, Eldorado) rewired my old cottage and got my well pumping water when others said it could not be done. He also installed a new tank on my stand, so now I have water even when there's no power. When he rewired the cottage he suggested that we upgrade to underground power and move the switchboard to the side of the house. First photo is of the house with a well - taken before I bought it in 2014. Looking again in 2025 I see the photos are GONE!. I’ll try re-adding. So this is the house I bought in 2014, where Lachie got the well on the easement working again, and did the rewiring.
