⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly Recommended – Outstanding Solar Installation by CED Group System spec (10.5kW) Jinko JKM440N-54HL4R-B 440W solar panels 1 x Sungrow SH8.0RS 8kW hybrid battery inverter 1 x Sungrow SBR192 19.2kWh battery I recently had a full solar system installed by the CED Group and the entire experience has been extremely positive. From the first point of contact through to final commissioning, every team member demonstrated a high level of professionalism, respect, and genuine care for the quality of their work. The quoting and consultation process was smooth, with clear explanations of system options, expected performance, and pricing. Their pricing was very competitive compared to other quotes I received, and at no point did I feel pressured just well informed and supported in choosing the right system for our home. Dave, in particular, was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain how the system would operate, what to expect day to day, and how to get the most out of it. His expertise shows, as the system has been performing exactly as promised. Installation day went well, with the team working efficiently and maintaining a high standard of workmanship. The wiring, panel layout, and overall finish were excellent. They also assisted with the entire rebate process, ensuring everything was explained in simple terms and handled correctly, which took a lot of stress out of the process for us. Points for improvement: We’re a household with a shift worker, so scheduling and communication around installation times are important. There were a few changes to the timetable that weren’t communicated as early as they could have been, but once this was raised, the team acted quickly to rectify the issue. Additionally, a few nails from the boxing hardware were left in the driveway after the installation. However, they where easily picked up and no issue arose Despite these small issues, the overall service, professionalism, and final quality of the installation were exceptional. CED Group is clearly committed to customer satisfaction, and it shows in their workmanship and follow up support. I would confidently recommend them to anyone considering solar.

Called up at 2 on a Friday Arvo with a circuit breaker that kept tripping. They sent Connor out within 30 minutes to do some diagnostics. He located the damaged wiring and had my power functioning as normal fairly quickly. Would recommend to others.
