What fantastic service! Mitch went totally out of his way to assist us with an urgent pool pump electrical problem, somehow sourcing a part to fix the pump on the Saturday afternoon after Boxing Day, allowing us to have the pool ready for the holiday period and family visits. His courteous and professional manner was amazing considering i basically 'knocked on his ladder' whilst he was busy at another job close by, and asked if he could help. No worries, "give me an hour or so to finish up here and i'll drop by" was his response. An hour later he was at our place and another hour later the pump was fixed, allowing us to get on with our planned holidays by the pool. Great job Mitch, we really appreciate your efforts and expertise, and from our experience we cannot recommend you and your business highly enough. We will definitely be using your services again in the future, just hopefully in a planned manner next time.

We had the pleasure of having Mitch and Marty come to our home for a relatively small job, not a problem, no job too small. They arrived exactly when expected with a short sms prior to say they were on their way. Communication from start to finish was terrific and they went above and beyond even hanging the stick vacuum after installing the new power points! Needing internal and external ceiling fans as well as a range of down lights in our Al fresco area and Mitch, Phil and Marty were there on time every time and tackled the job quickly and efficiently. Even when there was a bit of an issue, they backtracked, found it, fixed it with minimal fuss and for a fair price. Very happy with the end result as well as the clean up - job well done team.
