First impressions I thought very professional & fast got to the point no time wasting, quote was sent to me the same day. Follow up emails were good, I asked for a receipt for the deposit and I received it . The installers were fantastic, over and above my expectations. The products (split system air conditioners) were good quality. They did extra little things and I appreciated that too.

From the very beginning, I was impressed by John’s professionalism and attention to detail during the quotation stage — he was the only contractor who took the time to thoroughly assess the site conditions, which immediately gave us confidence in choosing your services. The installation team, Adam and Putra, were just as outstanding — punctual, reliable, and incredibly considerate while I was tied up in meetings. Our old Mitsubishi Electric 20.0 kW system finally gave up just as summer started. Unfortunately it had reached end of life and replacement parts were no longer available, so a full replacement was the only option. Bayside Comfort Solutions in Mornington stepped in and did an excellent job installing a new Mitsubishi 23.5 kW system. Impressively, they were able to integrate it into the existing pipes and duct work, which was no small task. Their 'can do' attitude really stood out throughout the process. The new system is now up and running, noticeably quieter than the old one, and the touch screen controller is simple and intuitive to use. Many thanks to the team at Bayside Comfort Solutions - highly recommended.
