Want A Sparky

Very pleased with my experience with All Electric Homes. I found them through a friend's recommendation, and it was my best experience with any trades company. They are reputable and reliable. My gas hot water system broke down and two days later after contacting them, I had a new electric system installed and running. Deb was lovely too and was very helpful in answering all my questions.

Want a Heat Pump converted all our gas appliances to electric and we could not recommend them more highly. Trent, who quoted on the job, knew his stuff, had great ideas, and handled all subsequent questions patiently and professionally. Their prices were very competitive, and they managed all the subsidies efficiently and without fuss. On the day we had about 5 guys here doing various elements of the job, and they were all fantastic and very efficient.

We used Want A Sparky for the first time at the end of November. From start to finish they were easy to deal with, responsive, professional and efficient. The electrical work itself was excellent. Matt, the Electrician, was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. There was, however, a mishap on the roof (not electrical) as the crew left. But the way Want A Sparky dealt with it was impressive and very reassuring. The Director, Trent, himself, visited us on location, took full responsibility and the situation was rectified quickly despite the Christmas rush. Being business owners ourselves, we understand the value of great customer service and we would have no hesitation in recommending Want A Sparky to anyone. We will be engaging them again for all our future electrical home improvements.

I can’t speak more highly of All Electric Homes. The trades were always on time every day, and extremely polite and understating of my requirements working from home. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend this company for your solar conversion. I did not want to enter any details to the online companies that come through as I did not want to be inundated with shonky calls. Trent was so helpful and took a lot of time helping me understand everything. The office staff were fantastic as well. It was all round an absolute pleasure to work with All Electric Homes. Both the electrician and the plumber did a great job. but particularly the plumber. After I gave him incorrect information, I made his job incredibly difficult, but he performed everything professionally and efficiently without complaint. The Heat Pump by the way is terrific.
