Absolutely amazing. From the initial quote and correspondence with Wendy to the install i cannot fault. Wendy was responsive and all details of what and what isn't included is spelt out in the emails and she answered all my questions quickly and with a friendly manner. The installers were polite, knowledgeable and explained the process in detail on the day in installing our new dual fuel oven. They really take care with your appliances and are tidy. Fantastic employees and won't hesitate in using them again soon. 5 stars!!!

My experience with Addison Appliances was very positive. Alex replaced my existing rangehood and installed a ducting kit so that my new rangehood could be ducted out through the roof. Alex was extremely professional, competent and experienced, working through each stage of the job with confidence and efficiency. Alex was punctual, friendly and left the site in a clean and tidy manner. Communication with this company is excellent! I highly recommend Addison Appliances and would definitely call on them again for my appliance installation needs

I had my rangehood installed by Sam and he did an excellent job. He was on time, professional, and very skilled with the installation. Everything was done neatly and he made sure it was working perfectly before leaving. Really happy with the service and would highly recommend Sam to anyone needing rangehood installation.

We needed a solution for our broken stovetop. We complicated matters by wanting a hybrid solution of induction and gas. Rob, Wendy, and the team at Addison Appliances helped us navigate this and we arrived at an elegant solution. The team did everything they needed to quickly, cleanly, and efficiently. Their office admin team is quick and responsive to all enquiries. Our technician Alex, was on time and efficiently installed both the gas cooktop and range hood, which he fitted better than the old one. All was tested and cleaned up before he left.
