Terry's work is tidy and carefully thought out. He presented me with options for varying budget and aesthetic outcome so I could decide a preferred option and knew what I was signing up for. He cleverly repositioning of an internet port, phone line, moved light switches, replaced a broken extractor fan and uncoupled down light switches. His previous life as a builder meant he knew what to expect in trailing wires through ceilings and walls, navigating insulation and beams without making any new holes in my walls or ceiling. He knows his stuff and is a pleasure to deal with.

Exceptional service. We had an emergency mains issue. Terry prioritised our job. He organised everything, including the inspection and CityPower reconnection. I've used Ampower twice now and found them to be very professional, punctual, and avaliable. The first time was to install an external power piont. The job was completed promptly and to my satisfaction. The second job was much more involved in finding a fault in my homes electrical circuit. I was very impressed with the service provided they were patient professional and obviously very experienced to tackle such a complex issue. I could not be more pleased with Ampower. Excellent quality of work. Answered mobile phone immediately when I rang. Turned up at the appointed time. Friendly and explained each step of his work. Warned us before turning off the power. Cleaned up after his work and left the work area clean and tidy. Couldn't ask for more.
