Have used the services of JR and the boys for a number of years. They are courteous, informative, comprehensive, and tidy. More importantly, they are good at what they do; electrical services. Alchimie Electrical Pty Ltd have now undertaken three projects on my 1891 Victorian Home in South Yarra, Victoria over the last 2 years. Their electricians have been skilful and excellent to work with - understanding the difficulties of living in a home with a dog while work is proceeding. Alchimie, came to fix my bedroom light cord which is pull cord with brass switch cover and has base plate to ceiling about 7pm. Once cord and switch was assessed to be faulty, Alchimie (owner) said he would try to source a replacement switch pull down cord with wooden base plate for me . Next morning at 9am I called to pay they quote then at 10am they let .me know they were on the way to pick up like replacement which they installed by midday. Outstanding service from the family owned small business, thankyou very much for your help and prompt service. It was very appreciated. Makes a difference I believe when the boss is still working on the tools in the company with their staff and not just the boss.

I required urgent assistance with a residential power outage which occurred about 7:30pm on Saturday night. I spoke to John on Saturday night who was polite, well spoken, courteous & thorough on the phone, and he arranged for Rhys to come onsite first thing the following (Sunday) morning to assess the situation. To our relief, Rhys arrived bright & early on Sunday morning, eager to assist us with getting our power reconnected. Rhys was well presented, professional, informative & thorough. Following a detailed site assessment by Rhys, it was discovered that the situation is quite complex, and power is yet to be restored (pending works approval from my landlord…), however, based on my experience thus far with John & Rhys at Alchimie, it has been 11/10, and I will be recommending their service’s to everyone!
