OMG where do I start. Peter I feel is one of those old school good and honest repairmen who will do the best by their customer, after talking with him over the phone today. After a recent power outage with United Energy due to the 40+ deg C heat wave, my Ilve NT96WMP/SS oven would not turn on. Peter first said he thought something was going on because he had so many other people all over ringing up about their Ilve ovens not turning on. That was the first sign to me I talking to a genuine person. Then he asked me no. buttons and model number and walked me through some button presses and switch board circuit break flips to try (lots of different ovens out there). 5 mins later my oven green light was on and the Ilve oven was working again. I cannot tell you how happy I was and I believe if you need your Ilve, Blanco or similar Euro oven repaired, Peter is definitely the person you should contact first. Thanks again, Peter at Advantage Appliances! Saved me money and from a frustrated family not being able to use the kitchen oven past few days and looking like into the weekend.

Alex recently attended to repair my Ilve oven. He arrived on time and had all the parts required to complete the repair. Alex is courteous, polite and extremely knowledgable. He even provided some additional advice on a better way on how to use the oven. Overall a 11/10 recommendation.

Excellent service from Alex. Arrived bang on time, diagnosed issue promptly, and returned with the part when he said he would. He was clean, courteous and friendly, super efficient, took the rubbish away, was reasonably priced and very professional. Highly recommend :)

Alex arrived on time, was personable and highly skilled. There were several issues with my Ilve oven, the oven element, the hinges and the ignition on the stove top. He was able to resolve all this efficiently in one visit. He replaced the ignition lead which a previous technician told me couldn’t be done because of the way the oven was plumbed in. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

I just had Peter repair my oven. I had only two years ago used someone from one of those sites where you list your job. Turns out that he used cheap parts and here we are two years down the track replacing them again. This time with genuine parts, with an authorised repairer for not a lot more. I was really happy with the service and would definitely use them over unauthorized repairers again.
