Outstanding response and service. Colin is such a professional, not only in his work ethic, but his communication skills and his honesty in providing advice and solutions to resolve our issue. We had a major problem with our hot water system on a Sunday morning and when we contacted RCBO, Renee responded promptly by letting us know that Colin would be at our property to assess the situation Sunday afternoon. By Monday afternoon, Colin had fixed the problem, which included arranging a plumber so that a new hot water system could be installed. Renee, who was our first point of contact, was amazing in that she responded quickly to our situation and reassured us that they were on the job and would fix our problem, to which they did with such efficiency. Renee kept us in the loop at all times. RCBO provided the best electrical services and we wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to friends and family.
