Excellent service from initial consultation to commissioning of the system. Had a full solar/ battery system installed. Of the three companies I contacted, these guys responded within 12hrs, the others took 7 and 10 days. Expert Electrical were the only ones to do a site visit and discuss what I wanted and what they thought would be best to achieve that. Communication was excellent with them keeping me informed every step of the way. The techs were great and very considerate of us while they worked on the install. They cleaned up after themselves reasonably well (afterall they are electricians and have never seen a broom 😂). I can highly recommend these guys for all things solar.

Our experience with all the team at Expert Electrical was excellent from beginning to end. My initial enquiry was responded to promptly, we received a very competitive quite, the booking and ordering process was explained and we ultimately had our solar battery installed earlier than expected. The installation went smoothly and the system is operating as expected. Follow up was good and I would highly recommend Expert Electrical.

Extremely good support throughout process, starting with a very comprehensive in-home consult resulting in multiple options, assistance navigating the application and incentive schemes, and excellent after-installation support. There was a waranty issue with some of the hardware I purchased, and EE went above and beyond to resolve the matter, eventually upgrading me to better products at no additional cost. They were also very considerate of my hearing difficulties!

I’m so happy to share my exceptional experience. This team was recommended to me and they did not disappoint. The initial meeting to discuss options and educate me was friendly and not pushy like others I had engaged with. Communication with them after signing on was always clear and kind. Delays happened due to weather but that was always communicated with plenty of notice. On the day of installation everything went smoothly and there was zero mess left behind and they did not leave until they had everything working perfectly. I’m so happy with the product too. We recently had a large 13kW Solar system installed on our roof by Scott, Tony and the team at Expert Electrical Tasmania. What a fantastic end result, we are very happy with their work!! In addition to the standard solar install they first had to organise the removal of our old hot water solar system and a gas plumber to disconnect the gas boost. We then has another plumber fit the new electrical hot water at the same time. All these moving parts & different trades were well organised and done very professionally. A special mention to Tom who even came to our property on his day off for the connection to ensure my wife and kids would have hot water for the weekend. The actual Solar install was led by Jake & his team of 3 other workers. It was a hive of organised activity as they completed the entire install in 1 day including wifi connectivity and everything! Fantastic job guys, very happy to have used your services. Will definitely have more work for your office at our property in future and are recommending to our friends. My Dad has already had your business install solar on his place also on the back of my recommendation :) Finally, a thanks to Scott & Tony who were very helpful and informative in coaching me through the process to secure the 0% finance fee's scheme currently available in Tasmania. It was very simple and swift. This allowed us to borrow & invest an additional $10K on an interest free loan above our original budget. We used this for a much bigger system and the electrical hot water switch over which I feel is a great long term move. 5 star across the board - thanks!!
