We carried out our Electrical Selections with Jordan from TDR Electricals for our new home. As we are located quite the distance from the TDR showroom, she was gracious enough to meet us half way in Murray Bridge. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Very knowledgeable, informative, honest and down to earth. She made us feel comfortable with our decisions and added her thoughts/recommendations when appropriate. We had our selections appointment for our new build with TDR this week. The consultant we had Jordan was brilliant. She guided us thru everything & her input was really helpful. Nothing was too much trouble & what we were stressing out about turned out to be a great experience. Our Electrical Selections for our new home was with TDR Electricals in August and we met Jordan there who was our Selections Consultant. The experience here has been 5 Stars. Even before our selections, Jordan reached out explaining how the process will be and what will be involved, and sent our predefined plans beforehand to work off for any changes we can think of to make it more personalized. On the Selections Day, Jordan was very much ready with our plans, everything organized and the soft plans showing up on the big screen. We started off systematically from the front and went room by room and Jordan kept guiding us of what we can do and provided very valuable suggestions. This made the whole process very easy and stress free and we were able to sort it all out in about 2.5 hours. I would rate the experience here at TDR Electricals very highly and would really recommend it!

We can only say positive things when having to deal with TDR. Jordan, Tommy and the rest of the crew, turn up on time, are professional, follow through when they say they will, get things done, and are great communicators. All the things that are expected in a good service and professional business. We had them plan and complete the electrical in our new build as well as use them privately in our house to do other jobs we decided after the build to get completed. They were the most professional crew during the build and on site at all times. They completed work on our rental property also. Trustworthy and reliable. When there were problems with the products (manufacturing) they sorted them out with little fuss. Not expected but at times have gone above by communicating out of their business hours. Would recommend for new builds as well as any other work you need.
