We had our home battery system installed by NG Elec and the experience was exceptional. Dane put together the proposal and was excellent to deal with from start to finish — clear, knowledgeable, and responsive. Electricians Matt and Phil went above and beyond, working tirelessly in extreme 43-degree heat. Their professionalism and work ethic was outstanding, and they were incredibly friendly and engaging with our young kids who were curious and interested in what they were doing. A HUGE thanks to Nathan and the team at NG Elec. Full installation of our new Solar Panels and Battery was completed without a hitch. From Nathan's onsite consultation to Dane's "Quote walkthrough video" (which was very informative) and communication with the support staff, they were all thorough, professional and friendly. From start to finish a pleasure to deal with. Installation was professional and hassle free. From the initial consultation to installation, Nathan has been fantastic, as has his whole team. His knowledge of various systems, combined with state of the art software to demonstrate different options and cost effectiveness of solar options, made the choice of installer easy. Over the installation period, the NG Elec team were outstanding. Always polite, hard working and left everything exceptionally clean. I cannot stress how much of a pleasure it was to have them working at my home.
