I had an exceptional experience from start to finish with my battery and solar system purchase. The team was attentive to my needs, providing valuable product education and demonstrating impressive knowledge. They were patient as I took my time to decide, which even involved three years of modifications to Nathan’s original system plans. The transition from sales to installation was seamless. Merry Christmas! I’m excited to see how Amber performs with our new system. Wishing NG Elec a joyous New Year in 2026! PS photos are at dusk when we are shaded. The battery was full in 3 hours from install. Best, Paul Ats

We had our home battery system installed by NG Elec and the experience was exceptional. Dane put together the proposal and was excellent to deal with from start to finish — clear, knowledgeable, and responsive. Electricians Matt and Phil went above and beyond, working tirelessly in extreme 43-degree heat. Their professionalism and work ethic was outstanding, and they were incredibly friendly and engaging with our young kids who were curious and interested in what they were doing. Highly recommend NG Elec.

A HUGE thanks to Nathan and the team at NG Elec. Full installation of our new Solar Panels and Battery was completed without a hitch. From Nathan's onsite consultation to Dane's "Quote walkthrough video" (which was very informative) and communication with the support staff, they were all thorough, professional and friendly. A shoutout to Nick, Matt, Daniel and the rest of the installation crew who did a great job (and clean up!). It was just nice to deal with a great bunch of people. One week in.... and we are already seeing the rewards. Thank you!

From start to finish a pleasure to deal with. Installation was professional and hassle free. Staff, whether on the phone, email or onsite were friendly, knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions. Video presentation of the proposal made everything clear and easy to understand. Would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends. Let the sun shine.

From the initial consultation to installation, Nathan has been fantastic, as has his whole team. His knowledge of various systems, combined with state of the art software to demonstrate different options and cost effectiveness of solar options, made the choice of installer easy. Over the installation period, the NG Elec team were outstanding. Always polite, hard working and left everything exceptionally clean. I cannot stress how much of a pleasure it was to have them working at my home.

Nathan and his team are absolutely fantastic! Our solar and battery install was the smoothest process I’ve been through with any trades. All of the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very tidy. The attention to detail was exceptional, and I recommend them very highly to anyone wanting to be looked after through the whole process.
