We’ve been getting our air conditioning serviced by them for years, and they have always been incredibly helpful with consistently positive attitudes and professionalism Recently, we had to replace our air conditioner installed by the builder after ongoing sporadic issues. I could not fault Glow. They were great through the whole process. From the initial inspection to install a ducted air conditioning system.. All our questions were answered. Was reminded of the install date and when they would be there. Arrived on time. Carried out the work efficiently and effectively. All employees were very polite and professional. Consulted with us through the process with regards to location of the ducts. No complaints about the quality of the work as it was to a high standard. Given the work involved was surprised as to how quickly the work was carried out. Have already referred Glow Heating & Cooling to a friend!
