Every interaction I have had with this company has been exceptional whether it was in person or on the phone. Their workmanship is second to none and when I booked in for electrical work at the last minute they were able to accommodate a day and time that was suitable for me. Both tradesman were professional and arrived on time. I have no hesitation in recommending BCS Electrical.

BCS is a good company we have had work done over years and have always been satisfied. The staff at BCS are professional and efficient, Andy on this occasion did a fantastic job he was very pleasant and competent and took away the old lights and left no rubbish for me to clean up!

Just moved into a new house and didn’t get around to checking the smoke alarm. As soon as we realised we rang a local company and were given an appointment 1.5 weeks away. As we needed it much sooner we decided to ring BCS and they were phenomenal! The lovely lady on the phone was kind, personable and very competent. She went out of her way to ensure someone would be with us the same day and we are so very grateful. Electrician who arrived was efficient and very polite. We had the pleasure of Michael installing a ceiling fan last week. He was very courteous; did a great job and he cleaned up after himself, even taking away an old light fitting and cardboard box. All-in-all, exceptional service and I highly recommend him and B.C.S. Electrical.
