Cooler Than Me

My existing AC was coming up with error codes and not working. I called Cary out to have a look and in the process decided it was time to renew the system. Cary gave me a price I couldn't say no to and we struck a deal. That was on the Friday, by Tuesday afternoon the job was finished and the new unit commissioned. Cary and his offsider removed the old AC and associated rubbish and installed the new units both outdoor and in the roof as well as installing duck boards to the roof area to make access easier for installation of the AC and later maintenance. During the process we decided to move the outside unit about 3 metres away from a bedroom window - Cary carried out the change with no extra cost to me, he just wanted the best outcome for the customer. I'm an electrician by trade and can recommend Cary's workmanship as being of the highest standard. He takes pride in his work and it shows in the finished product, cannot recommend him highly enough. Cary is friendly, professional and easy to deal with. Well done Cary.

Cary has fixed 2 problems with our refrigerated air con over the last few years quickly and without fuss. He clearly explains the issue at hand in simple terms and has sourced parts when required. Can’t rate him highly enough and have recommended his services to several of my family and friends.

I had a twenty year old system on its last legs and rang Cary, knowing we were on a tight budget he did his best to source old parts to try and fix it but eventually we cut our losses and had Cary install a new system. The new system is brilliant and Cary and his colleague were fantastic. Once it was up and running I came home and I couldn't even tell they'd been there, cleaned up after etc. Cary is a plain old fashion good, honest bloke who is an expert in his trade who I highly recommend.

I requested a quote from Cary due to my desire to convert from my current Evap cooling / Ducted gas heating setup to a Ducted reverse cycle system. Cary called me back and i had a great conversation with him regarding all the options, pros/cons as well as his advice and recommendation. He gave me a very reasonable quote and I decided to go ahead with the job, which he was able to start just the following week! This was the middle of December! Cary and his team installed an 18kW, single phase system with 11 outlets and 11 seperate zones. Before they did this they had to remove all of the old Evap/Gas equipment, and afterwards repair the roof, which was all a MASSIVE job in the December heat. They didn't complain, just got the job done. There was also lots of other little things along the way which Cary just did to make life easier for the customer (me) which he didn't charge anything extra for. It is also worth mentioning the huge improvement in my roof space as a result of the job too, so much easier to move around up there now - thanks Cary! Despite the huge amount of work involved and in the lead up to Christmas, this was no rush job. Cary took his time and did everything properly without cutting corners. The whole team were polite, courteous, hard working, professional and very neat and tidy. At the beginning I told Cary that I realised that this kind of job is not cheap, however I just wanted it to be a really good system that will last for a long time. And now, as I write this with a nice cool breeze passing over my face, I can attest that this is exactly what I have got. The system that he designed and installed is absolutely fantastic and I cannot thank Cary and his team enough. Very happy customer - it isn't often these days that you experience a tradesperson whose workmanship and attention to detail is flawless and whose main focus is solely on the outcome for the customer. It was a breath of fresh air. Cary comes with my highest recommendation, thanks again it was a pleasure.

Cary responsiveness on my call and attending the property within a couple of hours was impressive. The advice received to rectify the problem was straightforward and all my questions were addressed not leaving any doubt. Cary and the installation team were on time on, worked tirelessly through out the day, full system up and running and in house setup with advice on how to get the best from our new system was provided. Despite being a 40 degree day, Cary still came out to fix our evap!!! He is extremely efficient, friendly and punctual with very competitive pricing and availability. This will be our first point of contact for any further A/C jobs.
