Once again, outstanding customer service. After previously having a great experience with Goliath with our solar panels, we recently had our Powerwall installed. The professionalism and information from Tom has been exceptional as well as his follow up service. The installers were also very professional and respectful and clearly very experienced. Can’t recommend enough.

Very happy with Goliath. They installed our solar almost 3 years ago, and just recently installed our Sigenergy battery. Tom from Goliath has been a pleasure to communicate with and installers have been professional, on time and completed the work to a high standard.

First interaction with Goliath and Tom : 4 years ago I had my Tesla Powerwall 2 installed. Efficient, clean, prompt, and all the paperwork in order. Wonderful service in a sea of questionable Solar installers. Second interaction with Goliath and Tom again : my Powerwall 2 had a fault and needed to be replaced. I contacted Tom, and a warranty was lodged. He negotiated an updated Powerwall 3 for me (!), and I took the opportunity to upgrade it with an expansion unit too. Yesterday Tom's guys came and installed everything. As always : prompt, efficient, clean, amazing service again. Needless to say, I've been recommending Goliath to all my family and friends since 4 years ago, and still do to this day. Thanks guys, keep up the good honest work.

Although I am not getting my solar installed by Goliath I will definitely advise friends to get a quote from them. Daniel called me at the booked date and time. He advised me at the start of the call that they could not do my installation. My roof is terracotta which brings more risk for installers as it can easily crack. He explained to me the reasons why Goliath don't install on them. He then spoke to me for 20+ minutes giving me advise for when looking for installers. He didn't recommend anybody, not trying to get work for his mate or anything like that, just general advise. So considering he wasn't going to get any business from me, the fact that he gave me 20 minutes of his time giving me valuable advise, I was left feeling very impressed. When asking my friends and colleagues for recommendations for solar, Goliath was recommended to me by so many people. Now when I get asked for recommendations for quotes, I will be recommended Goliath too. Thanks again for your time Daniel.

we had a great solar install with Goliath, they have been beyond helpful and continue to be a support many months after install. We've had no issues with the setup installed but whenever there has been a need for clarity on any firmware updates or SA - power related issues they have been quick to provide clarity. Overall super pleased.

Excellent service from head office and careful consideration from the installer regarding placement & making it as neat as possible. Very knowledgeable about solar and battery requirements and spent a lot of time understanding our needs when recommending the best battery / solar solution for our requirements. Great follow up post implementation to ensure we knew how to maximise battery use for our needs. Loving our Tesla battery & the team at Goliath Solar and Electrical!
