From initial quote Shane was outstanding, a really good listener compared to other retailers that just want to talk and sell to you. He guided us through all our questions and helped us choose the best option for our needs. The installation process was exceptional, they made sure everything was 100% coming out of the boxes. All the team were so efficient and knowledgeable. They made sure to show us how to do everything on the app after the grid connection and Shane also came by the check on everything. Nothing was too much trouble. What I really liked from the inital contact was a sense of trust. I called many different providers and came back to Clayton and Shane. We are so happy with our system and so happy with choosing Clayton as even after everything is done, we can call anytime and Shane or the team are more than happy to help with anything and nothing is too much trouble. After seeing the non existent service of so many providers after installation with family and friends, this was one of my main concerns about who to choose. We cannot talk highly enough about Clayton and would recommend them in a heartbeat. Thanks Shane and team!

Highly recommended. Recent install of 40kw Sigenergy battery + 20kw inverter + gateway/backup. Shane was very prompt through the quotation, happy to assist with details/questions and last minute changes. Honest and clear communication through some minor delays due to stock shortages. Tim and the team did a great job with the installation. Happy to accommodate to specific details I requested. Thanks to Stavros for staying late to commission the system and get it running. Looks great and working well so far. Onboarded with VPP in 2 days. Full 3 phase backup is nice. New gateway had rear entry which gives a clean look. Great team to work with, friendly, honest and trustworthy 👍

They recently installed a new solar system, battery, gateway and upgraded switchboard. Great service and competitive price. Stavros ( the main man) explained everything and was ably supported by Tim and Lachie and apprentices. Job was tidy and clean and looks fantastic. Highly recommend Clayton solar and electrical. These guys at Clayton Solar and Electrical are outstanding… starting with Shane for the exceptional quoting turnarounds and customer service as nothing was too difficult for him… Tim, the boss/owner and hands on installer, is fantastic and has a brilliant rapport with his absolutely super team of installers… and then there is Stav the supervisor who really did excel in his customer service, explaining everything ever step of the way and leaving nothing uncovered or to chance. The job was scheduled as a 2 day install… removing the old solar and replacing with 30 Aiko 510W Neostar panels and a Sigenergy SigenStor 32mWh battery setup… but due to circumstances beyond CS&E’s control it went to a 1 day install by them putting on a crew of 7 at short notice (including Tim & Stav). Our son has already used them 3 times… 2 solar and a battery install… so we had to go with them as well after seeing their work first hand. This is truly an EXCELLENT company to deal with!
