After completing the very easy on-line booking form I was visited by Paul who arrived at the time he said, had the parts needed to carry out the repair and charged a very welcome fixed fee which was exactly what he had quoted. The job was done in 12 minutes with no fuss and our oven is happily baking once again. Outstanding service by a true specialist technician. Thank you Paul. Although I will probably never need to contact you again i know who to contact in future for any oven issues. Five star service!
