He was on time, super friendly, and clearly knows his stuff. Everything was explained in a way that actually made sense, and the work was done to a really high standard. We feel much better knowing our home is now safe and up to date. Would definitely recommend Jordan and would happily use him again!

Jordan was great to deal with. Great customer service and took the time to explain all the questions I had and a bit of a chat too. Urban Phase Solutions worked in tandem with Refresh Plumbing and Gas today and Jordan was a pleasure to deal with. Easy to communicate with, respectful, clean, calm and quiet. Considering how long Jordan was here installing house water filter, hot water system and timer, new switches and breakers, his fee was very fair. I've already asked him to come back and replace some ugly halogen oyster lights. Answered all my questions, tolerated my husband engaging him on a long chat about the ute he drives and gave our sausage dog a pat 😉 10/10.

Professional service from the very first call. Jordan came and explained the whole process from start to finish. He worked at awkward times to help accommodate clients and a home business with turning off power and making sure there was no interruption.
