Chris went above and beyond to help our family. My fiancé has been awaiting discharge from hospital, following an accident early this year, however he was not allowed home until the ducted ac was fixed (due to the severity of his brain injury). Chris was extremely responsive, helpful and sympathetic the entire process whilst we all waited for the supplier to advise an eta on a particular part. Chris was so helpful, to the point he attended our property to fix the ac after hours and did not leave until he was sure it was working correctly. The empathy and compassion shown has been nothing short of incredible, not to mention the job completed was fantastically done. I will be recommending Toro Electrical to everyone I know. Great bunch of tradesmen, very tidy work, punctual and the prices were extremely competitive. The team installed a 7kW and a 2.5kW air conditioner as well as a ceiling fan/light, multiple downlights and a couple of power points. The guys even cleaned up after they finished the work and promptly returned to finish installing a ceiling fan and light a day or so later. Will definitely employ Toro Electrical for any further electrical work required and recommend them to family, friends and anyone reading this review.
