Twelve months ago, I told my partner that if we didn't have air conditioning installed by the following Summer, I would leave him. December in Ipswich is no joke. Chek Air saved my relationship. But in all seriousness, the Chek team were amazing from start to finish. From when Jill came over to produce the (very reasonable) quote and book me in, to John and his team efficiently installing 3 split systems - one of which was quite difficult - they were kind, professional and very good at what they do. They honestly probably don't need this review as I'm sure word of mouth keeps them very busy but if you have come across this on Google, I highly recommend the Check Air team.

We have used Chek Air twice now and both experiences have been great. The first job they did was a supply and install of a new AC split system. The director, Jill, came out to our house to provide a quote. She was very friendly and informative and it was clear she has been in this business a long time. Her team sent through the quote quicker than anticipated and the price was very reasonable. Her team were punctual and efficient in completing the install. While they were here installing the split system, I requested another quote to install some exhaust fans and a new power point outside. The quote Chek Air provided was 2-3 times cheaper than another provider we were previously quoted by. The other electrical provider quoted a ridiculous amount, advising we needed to upgrade our electric box (even though it was done last year). I asked the Chek Air electrician about this and she confirmed the electric box was in great order and did not need to be upgraded. In my opinion Chek Air are trustworthy, great at what they do, fairly priced, and I wouldn't go anywhere else now. I'm about to get them back for a third job and I have recommended them to some friends in the area.

Chek Air from start to finish were extremely professional, helpful and honest. Jill did a great job at assessing our home and needs - given we have asbestos we went with split systems throughout the house. She was very thoughtful about how things would look, as we had a couple of rooms that needed to have piping through cupboards/one on the internal wall. She tried to give options not only for the best value and quality, but also consideration for how things would look aesthetically. The only thing we would say is that the quoting system is a little messy and could be better which is feedback we have given to Chek Air. However, they gave us a fair price which was competitive with other quotes, and were efficient in getting the installation process happening. The team that came over two days did an excellent job, and kept consulting us on how we wanted things to look when it came to placement of some of the external piping and also for all the remote wall mounts. They were all extremely professional, respectful and efficient. We highly recommend Chek Air!

We are very happy with the service of our airconditioners and cleaning of fans that we have received from Chek Airconditioning. The work required was done very efficiently and the technician very personable. We love to support local businesses and we will definitely use Chek Airconditioning and Electrical again in the future.
