T&K Electrical - Brisbane

T&K electrical have done several jobs at my house ranging from replacing a few lights to a full kitchen renovation and house extension. I have dealt with Tom the owner and each of his amazing crew. Everyone has been fantastic. They have been reliable (they show up when they say they will), they have delivered a considered and lovely end product (lights have been positioned logically, PowerPoints are in discrete but practical locations and my high end appliances carefully connected) and they stick with the job until it is 100% done. The crew ensured I was happy and once I discovered a fault in one of my appliances, they returned to see that the problem was remedied. I find the team honorable, hard working and trustworthy to handle big projects to completion.

Tom was at my city apartment on time (early!) replaced three GPOs and a downlight cleanly and quickly, tested everything, checked my smoke alarm system and still managed to hold a decent conversation. A damn nice bloke who seems intent on underpromising and overdelivering. Can't argue with that. No hesitation in recommending, give him a call.

Been meaning to get around to finding an electrician for my solar power system issue. These guys popped up on my Facebook ads at 9pm on a Wednesday so I thought "what the heck, lets just pop a quick message about the issue and see if I can get an appointment.". I got a response within 5 minutes and for the next 30 minutes, I was getting trouble shooting steps through messenger to fix the issue myself and the solar power system was working fine the next morning. I asked to be billed for the time spent and the advice given and they said "dont worry about it, it was a simple fix anyway". This positive experience tells me these company is genuinely helpful and get satisfaction from resolving issues and helping their customers. I have a lot of confidence in these guys and Im looking forward to more of their work around my house.

Excellent service from excellent electricians! Called Tom at 9:15 am on Saturday 27/12/25. Luke arrived at 10:15am and found the fault immediately! Prompt, courteous, clean, skilled and immensely helpful. A great local business that we highly recommend and will certainly call again!

Tom and his company were initially doing some work for us within another contracted company installing down-lights and fans in a new carport and deck roof. Finding out that there was a problem with some wiring for one of the switches Tom made the recommendation that we required a full switchboard upgrade. He was extremely transparent and even price matched a separate quote we had for this work. Upon accepting the quote, he managed to book us in for the job very quickly (within a week due to some cancellations I think!). A day's work, and we the new switchboard was fitted therefore giving us working lights on our new fixtures and peace of mind that we were up to date with a very important piece of domestic equipment. Great work all round!

I came across Tom from a recommendation on my local Facebook community. He was prompt, polite and professional with my request and provided a quote the same day. When I finally found a time that would work for me to get this work done, Tom managed to fit me in within 2 days and I can say I’m thoroughly impressed with the the work him and his apprentice Matt put out at my house. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again and will be recommending T&K to anyone I know.
