Very efficient and communication was great. I've had my Breville Oracle for 8 years and had never had it serviced. I booked a service and only had to wait about 2 weeks before getting in. They sent a text saying they were ready for it to be dropped off so I dropped it off just before they closed and it was ready to go about midday the following day. My machine needed several repairs. They messaged me prior to doing the repairs with a price and to confirm i was happy to proceed which I thought was great. Very happy.

Great service, can’t live without my machine. I took it in, expecting a two week turn around. The guys called me within 48 hours to let me know it was fixed. The pricing was great. They did a full service also I will definitely be back when it’s time to upgrade!!! 10/10

Couple weeks wait time to get my machine in but they were in contact regularly. Then once machine was in, it was a 24 hour turn around. Great service, all info on the invoice. Efficient and well run business.
