We recently had Jak and Steve replace our very old switchboard, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. They installed a new, modern, safe switchboard and did an exceptionally neat and professional job. Throughout the entire process they were friendly, efficient, and clearly knowledgeable. It’s such a relief knowing everything is now up to standard and properly organised. Jak and team did an outstanding job revamping our home ceiling lights and fans. The work was completed on time and the house looks exceptionally brighter with the new led ceiling downlights. They fixed up our old fans and installed ceiling lights with new switches both inside and outside the home. The team were very respectful and cleaned up after themselves. Huge thanks to Jak and Steve for the excellent work replacing our AC just before Christmas. They were able to confidently diagnose the issue with our old unit over the phone, which immediately gave us confidence we were in good hands. From getting the quote to having the new AC installed took less than 24 hours! Incredible speed, especially so close to the holidays. Jak and his team at Sparknado installed a 10kw Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ducted system to our 1960s Queenslander on 8th December 25. From the very start I was filled with confidence, I’d had a few companies around to quote and non of them matched the customer service or the communication that’s these guys had. Straight away Jak realised my switch board wasn’t sufficient to bare the new load - I’d already had this advice from another company but they quoted for a whole new switch board, where as Sparknado knew it was just a few circuit breakers and it wasn’t necessary to upsell me to a new board, the common sense approach really helped in making our final decision. On the day of the install Jak and team arrived on time and well prepared. They did a superb job inside one day whilst I was at work, leaving no mess whatsoever and we spent that night and since that day in cool comfort. They did a really neat job in the loft and where the unit is outside is just as good. Overall I couldn’t recommend Sparknado enough and wouldn’t hesitate to use them in the future.

Jak and his team have been amazing from the first point of contact to the end result of beautiful new lighting throughout our home. After a few experiences of other tradies no-showing or not getting back to us, Jak went above and beyond to communicate and organise in the busiest time of the year.
